To address the growing need for skilled QA professionals in the software industry, QA Harbor Limited, in collaboration with Swisscontact’s BYETS Project and powered by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, has launched the 360H ABL-Based Software QA Employability Training Program. This initiative aims to equip Bangladeshi youth with job-ready skills in manual and automation testing, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry demands.
The 360-hour, Activity-Based Learning (ABL) course is designed to transform aspiring testers into industry-ready professionals through a curriculum focused on practical experience, modern tools, and structured mentorship.
A Strategic Alliance to Boost Youth Employability
The program is being implemented under the Building Youth Employability Through Skills (BYETS) project led by Swisscontact. Supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the project seeks to enhance employability among Bangladesh’s youth by providing demand-driven training and skills development.

Comprehensive Training for a Competitive Market
The Software QA Training Program focuses on both manual testing and automation testing while offering exposure to widely used tools like Jira, Selenium, TestRail, Postman, SQL, Jenkins, and GitHub. Participants will also gain experience in:
- Writing and executing test cases
- Defect management and reporting
- Scripting automation tests in Java or Python
- API testing and continuous integration practices
The course follows a hands-on, project-driven approach that simulates real industry environments. It is suitable for beginners and individuals from non-technical backgrounds, making it an ideal QA for beginners course.
